As Richmond gears up to build its new ballpark, there’s a chance to secure real futures for local workers. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) would guarantee:

✅ Fair wages and protections from wage theft
✅ Priority hiring for Richmond residents
✅ Training programs that turn short-term jobs into long-term careers in the trades

Richmond City Council supports a PLA. The Mayor’s office supports a PLA. Local unions and residents support a PLA. So why won’t Gilbane?
